When planning a wedding or other event people often underestimate the impact the DJ will have on it. The person you choose will either help or hurt and this is why you should look for a DJ with the right talent and experience. They should be organized, have exceptional communication skills, know how to read the crowd and own pro-grade equipment. We have these qualities and more. This is why we do 50-70 events each year and have all 5 star reviews on Google and YELP. Do not to put your event in the hands of just any DJ because the stakes are very high. Make a sound choice by hiring DJ Phil Baker. We promise you and your guests will be happy with our work. Click the award badge to see what Wedding Rule said about us.
According to today's averages California DJs charge between $150.00 and $500.00 per hour for parties and weddings. Hourly rates below $150.00 per hour are generally offered by newer, less experienced DJs who own cheap equipment. Our pricing is in line with Central Valley and Bay Area averages. When compared with what other important wedding vendors charge such as caterers, rental companies, photographers and videographers, our rates should be seen as reasonable, especially when the DJ ultimately makes or breaks the event.
